PETER HOFFMAN, Meditation Teacher
Peter is a young, yet experienced meditation & mindfulness teacher. He has completed two Vipassana 10-day silent meditation courses totaling 200 hours of meditation under the instruction of S.N. Goenka and the guidance of his assistant teachers. Peter’s daily meditation practice consists of Anapana (awareness of the breath), Vipassana (awareness of & equanimity with body sensations), and Metta (loving-kindness). Peter teaches meditation & mindfulness at local studios throughout Bergen County and to high school & college sports teams.
Peter owns an Integrative Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching business called Hoffmonious Life. He primarily works with student-athletes, young adult working professionals, and progressive families. He helps clients reach peak performance with their body & mind through artfully integrating the tools of meditation, natural movement, and nutrition. He is 100% committed to supporting you through every step in the process to reaching your athletic, academic, career, & social goals!
Peter is a MovNat® Certified Trainer (MCT) and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC), in addition to being a Meditation Teacher.
